For low-fat food preparation, the pan has a three-layer seal with excellent non-stick properties that allows you to cook perfectly. The approximately 5 mm thick, encapsulated bottom ensures a fast and even heat distribution and an optimal pouring edge allows for clean pouring of sauces. The firmly attached handle is oven-proof up to 200°C. Dishwasher safe. Suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.
