Reward Program

General Information:

For every euro spent, you receive a bonus point from us. For example, if you make a purchase of 60 euros, you receive 60 bonus points.
You can see the exact bonus directly in the product detail view.

12 bonus points are worth 1 euro. With 60 bonus points, that amounts to 5 euros.

Bonus points can be collected and redeemed for future purchases. There is a section in the widget called "Redemption Options" for this purpose.

The "Reward Program" widget shows your balance and also the opportunity to earn points. We will continue to expand this feature.

Requirements:

To receive bonus points, you must place your order using a customer account.

Unfortunately, bonus points cannot be collected for orders without a customer account.

Redeeming points for your next purchase (logged-in user):

Bonus points can be redeemed as a voucher code or as account credit. Unused bonus points remain with you. There is no expiration date!

For account credit, you will see an additional payment method "Apply shop credit" at checkout. There you can see your redeemed points as euro credit, which you can use.

If the discount code (voucher code) is chosen, it can only be applied to Erzgebirge items.

Attention:
Only the entire account credit can be used as a payment method. Partial use is not possible. Therefore, redeem points specifically for a single purchase. 

Shop credit can only be redeemed in EUR when shopping. Other currencies are not supported for shop credit.
