SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Purchases made from authorized dealers:
- In the event of a breakage, you can repurchase the item from the first day with a direct discount of 33% off the RRP at the time of purchase. The costs for returning the damaged item and shipping the new item will be borne by the customer.
- If you have already purchased an item with the LLADRÓ ASSURANCE program, you can claim a 33% discount on the RRP in the event of a breakage.
3. If the insured piece has been removed from the catalog or is sold out, you can choose or purchase another piece whose selling price is equal to or lower than the selling price of the insured piece. In no case will the user receive compensation for the price difference between the insured piece and the piece finally purchased if they make use of the LAP insurance.
4. To make use of LLADRÓ ASSURANCE, you must present the damaged piece to Lladró. You may be asked to provide identification to verify that your personal information matches that of the policyholder. Additionally, the "Lladró" inscription on the base of the piece must be intact to prove the authenticity of the piece.
5. This insurance does not cover the partial replacement of the piece, i.e., the replacement of broken or damaged accessories.
6. To enjoy all the benefits of this insurance, you must activate it within a maximum of 3 months after the purchase date.
