SPECIAL CONDITIONS:


1. Purchases that are made from authorized dealers:
    • In the event of a break, you can buy the piece back to the RRP at the time of purchase with a direct discount from the first day. The cost of returning the damaged piece and sending the new piece are borne by the customer.
    • If you have already bought a piece with the Lladró Assurance program, you can take a 33 % discount on the RRP in the event of a break.
    2. This insurance does not apply to creations in the lighting category (chandelier, ceiling, table, standing and wall lamps) and in the light & fragrance category (lithophanies and couples with candles or LEDs, wireless lamps and home fragrances in all formats; Candles, diffusers and refill).

    3. If the insured piece has been removed from the catalog or is sold out, you can select or buy another piece, the sales price of which is the same or lower than the sales price of the insured piece. Under no circumstances does the user receive compensation for the price difference between the insured piece and the one acquired when he uses LAP insurance.

    4. In order to be able to take advantage of the Lladró Assurance, you must present the damaged piece at Lladró. You can be asked to provide an ID card to check whether your personal data matches that of the policyholder. In addition, the "Lladró" lettering must be intact on the base of the piece in order to prove the authenticity of the piece.

    5. This insurance does not include the partial replacement of the piece, i.e. the replacement of broken or damaged accessories.

    6. In order to enjoy all the advantages of this insurance, you must activate it within a maximum of 3 months after the purchase date.
