For low-fat food preparation, the pan has a three-layer sealant with excellent non-stick properties, which allows you to cook just perfectly. The approx. 5 mm thick, encapsulated base ensures fast and even heat distribution and an optimal pouring rim allows for clean pouring of sauces. The firmly attached handle is oven-safe up to 200°C.
