The elephant orphan Taabu has now been converted into porcelain, decorated with golden ginkgo leaves. The ginkgo leaf symbolizes hope and friendship. It stands for adaptability and a long life. The ginkgo tree is also called elephant foot tree or lucky tree and therefore fits particularly well as a symbol to the assortment.
