Pasta pasta ... just delicious! Now it's easy to manufacture ravioli, tortellini, pelmeni or muzzle yourself. In our assortment we have different designs.
The Maultaschen-/Ravioli-Ausstecher are made of high-quality, food-grade plastic and dishwasher safe.

Maultaschenfabrication:
One rolls out a dough plate, stitches out a circle with a shape, puts this dough circle into the mould, gives some filling on the dough and collapses the shape. In this case, the dough pocket is pressed together evenly.
Maultaschen Garen:
Bring plenty of salted water to the boil and enter the ravioli in portions. Depending on the size of the ravioli or dough pockets approx. Let simo for 2 to 10 minutes until they swim at the surface and then take out with a show spoon.
