The turtle dove is considered a messenger of luck or love, although its real living conditions are far less romantic. After losses of almost 90% of the German population since 1980, the species is now highly endangered. Entire regions are now free of turtle doves. Originally found in floodplain forests and forest edges, as well as around clearings, the preferred habitats of the turtle dove today are in human-used cultural landscapes with field copses and hedge structures, or in open forests with undergrowth, but sometimes also in villages or settlements, as well as on former military training grounds or in gravel and coal extraction areas. The turtle dove prefers to stay where it can find sufficient pesticide-free seeds from wild herbs and water to drink. Ideally, it offers ihr a mosaic of different types of land use and crops provides a rich food source throughout the breeding season. The turtle dove is the only one of our native pigeons to live as a migratory bird, exposing itself to new dangers such as climate change, habitat loss in the Sahel and legal and illegal hunting in the Mediterranean. Visually, the turtle dove is unmistakable among the domestic pigeons. Am au? is ihr colorful Ge? Eder, which seems almost exotic. It is unmistakable ihr distinctly stepped, dark tail with a white end. The top of the head and the outer upper head? Blankets appear blue-grey. On the other hand, the back and the inner uppers? Rust-brown quilts with black feather centres. The sides of the turtle dove's neck are adorned with a black and white striped spot. Throat and breast are delicately reddish in color. A distinctly reddish eyelid ring surrounds the orange-red eye.

General Information:
For every euro spent, you will receive one bonus point. For example, if you make a purchase of 60 euros, you will receive 60 bonus points.

12 bonus points are worth 1 euro. So 60 bonus points equal 5 euros.

Bonus points can be redeemed as a voucher code or as account credit. Unused bonus points stay with you for 365 days . Shop credit does not expire.
In the Credits account, you will see another payment method "Apply Shop Credit" at checkout. There you will see your redeemed points as Euro credit, which you can use.
Attention:
Only the entire account credit can be used as a payment method. It is not possible to split it in the checkout. That's why you should redeem points specifically for a purchase.
The shop credit can only be redeemed with the currency "Euro" when shopping. Other currencies are not supported in the Shop Credit.
