Before first use

Please remove the practical transport bag from the inside of the coffee mug before using it for the first time. Then clean all parts thoroughly with warm water, a little washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Then rinse with cold water and you can make your coffee to go from the FLSK Enjoy coffee mugs.

Use

The lid of the FLSK coffee mug can be closed absolutely tightly, so that not a single drop of coffee is lost. To close the coffee mug, press on the inner edge of the fliplid, above the FLSK drops. When you hear it click, your FLSK Coffee cup closed and you can store it in your bag. The fact that you initially feel quite strong resistance when pressing it down is a good sign that the flip lid is properly seated and securely closes your coffee cup. When you open it, the flip lid clicks into place at the top of the lid. This way, it won't close again when you tilt the coffee cup forward to drink, allowing you to enjoy your coffee completely relaxed. The optimized drinking opening in the lid also ensures the ideal flow, so drinking coffee without spills while on the go is no problem. Our tip for perfect coffee enjoyment: If you fill your coffee cup to the maximum fill line and your coffee has a crown of crema or milk foam, it's best to leave the flip lid open when screwing on the lid. This allows the excess air to escape upwards, and the foam won't be pushed to the sides.

Cleaning

Ideally, you should wash the FLSK Wash the coffee mug by hand after each use. The dishwasher does not affect the great functions of the coffee mug, but prolonged exposure to heat in the dishwasher can damage the coating. For daily care, warm water and a sponge are sufficient. For tougher stains, we recommend our cleaning beads or denture cleaning tablets. Please do not use chemicals or other harsh cleaning tools, as they could damage the stainless steel surface or the beautiful coating—your environment will thank you as well. To dry, place the coffee mug upside down. Please clean the sealing ring separately from the lid regularly and let both dry thoroughly apart from each other to prevent mildew and discoloration. Afterwards, make sure to place it correctly back on the lid, otherwise it will not close properly. The thinner side of the seal should face down towards the Show cups. You should also remove the silicone seal on the underside of the flip lid regularly and clean it separately. Please place the lid on loosely (do not screw it on) when storing the coffee cup in the cupboard, so it still gets enough air to dry overnight.

Warnings

The FLSK coffee cup keeps drinks hot for three hours. Even after several hours, the poured beverage can still be very hot, and with boiling liquids, there is a risk of scalding. Please ensure that children under 12 years of age only use the coffee cup when adults are present. Store spare and small parts so that they are out of reach of young children and cannot be accidentally swallowed. You surely know that metallic objects should not go in the microwave, and this applies to the coffee cup as well. The FLSK coffee cup is not carbonation-proof. For carbonated drinks, it is best to use the FLSK Drinking bottle, which is ideal for this. Please leave your FLSK Do not place the coffee mug in a water bath, this could cause its beautiful coating to discolor.
