CARE:
- Copper - Outside: the color changes color when it comes into contact with heat sources. If you want to make it shine again, the special copper polish must be used.

If you burn food in your Inocuivre casserole, let it soak with water and dishwashing liquid for 1/2 day. - Cleaning in the dishwasher is possible, but is not recommended for kitchen utensils with cast iron handles because of the risk of oxidation
