Willow Tree is an intimate series of figurative sculptures that seek to heal, comfort, protect and inspire in a silent way. The artist Susan Lordi carves every original Willow Tree-Sculpture by hand. This piece was cast after its original carving and then painted by hand. The box shows a woman holding a horse. The finely cracked wooden box with hinged lid is perfect for notes, keys, watches, small money and jewelry. A spell is hidden on the inside of the lid.
