A clean, clear thing for fresh, delicious cake creations!
The edge foil is 160 μm thick and thus particularly dimensionally stable. Makes it easier to peel off the cake ring and extra smooth cake edges. Also suitable for spreading tempered couverture. DO NOT use for baking.
This edge film is made of high-quality, food-safe plastic and is very dimensionally stable and freezer-stable. We recommend rinsing the foil under warm running water after use, so that it can be used several times.
