The adjustability of the rectangular moss frame is one of its biggest advantages. This is where cake dreams come true! To bake, place the baking edge on a stovetop baking sheet, fill with the batter and bake, then unshape and let cool. Clean the baking edge and put it around the dough again, then pour in the prepared filling of the cake and smooth it out. After cooling, remove the edge - and the cake is ready. Also perfect for multi-tiered cakes. All bases stay in shape and the filling does not leak when inserted.
