The sparrow peeler "Gentle" has a robust and fixed stainless steel blade and is particularly suitable for peeling elongated vegetables such as asparagus, carrots, cucumbers, etc. It can be used by right- and left-handed people and with the ground knife asparagus ends can be separated or damaged areas removed.
