The Lurch Varioplanel is multifunctional. Thanks to the Stepless adjustment you can determine the cutting thickness exactly.
Three interchangeable blade inserts are at your disposal: a smooth blade, a wave knife for waves and lattice cuts and a julienne insert for the finest vegetable strips.
Thanks to the Two switchable vertical blades in different cutting widths you can cut not only slices, but also sticks.
Safe working
To ensure that you can work safely and that your work is pleasant and easy, a Scrap holder to protect the fingers. The rubberized feet of the varioplane ensure a non-slip stand.
