2 rubbing surfaces: Fine and Medium

With its two grating surfaces, the Tango RT40 Duo grater offers you the possibility to grate ingredients both fine and medium fine. The fine grater is ideal for citrus fruits or for grating fine spices, for example. If you want the abrasion to be just a tad less fine, use the middle rubbing surface. This saves you space in your kitchen and is well equipped for most grating tasks.

RazorTech – It doesn't get any sharper than this

The Lurch TANGO RazorTech graters impress with their special RazorTech blade technology. In this case, the stainless steel surface is not danced out, but replaced by a special Photo Etching Procedure etched out exactly. This makes the edges of the cutting surfaces ultra-sharp and maintain their sharpness for a long time. This way, the graters cut the ingredients into small pieces instead of crumbling them and your dishes get the full flavors of the noble ingredients.
