Natural vegetables are rarely completely straight or perfectly round (that would be boring!). That's why our peeler has a movable blade head. This way, you can easily guide the peeler over a wide variety of vegetable shapes. Thanks to the Japanese blade technology, the peeling process is particularly smooth and the specially shaped blade prevents the peel from sticking to the vegetables during the peeling process.
The handle is ergonomically shaped. The surface is soft and pleasant to the touch. It makes no difference whether you want to go into action with your left or right hand: The cross-peeler ensures pleasant and efficient peeling!
