2 mm Spaghetti Blade:
Cut fine vegetable spaghetti, e.g. from zucchini, kohlrabi or carrots. Not only great for the eye, but also a healthy, carbohydrate-free alternative to pasta made from dough. Very suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets.
4 mm blade:
