This classic has a long tradition. However, what many do not know is that in the original it was not made from a batter, but made from yeast dough, nuts and raisins. In some areas of Germany, the Gugelhupf is also called bowl cake or bundle, one is always the same and that is its characteristic appearance. This consists of a ring -shaped exterior and a chimney in the middle. Thanks to the non -stick coating of our backproof platinum silicone back shapes, the Gugelhupf can be easily removed from the mold without greasing it. Simply let cool after baking and then plunge onto a plate. Afterwards decorate with powdered sugar, chocolate coating or glaze. Like all lurch silicone shapes, this is of course also dishwasher -safe and therefore ready to use again.
