The cooking flower is placed on the pot instead of the pot lid and thus prevents cooking water, such as pasta and rice, or milk. As soon as the water wants to boil over, the cycle begins: the water foams up, rises through the flexible flower and runs back into the pot through the special shape of the cooking flower.
