The new type of grilling: by grilling on the cedar wood grills, also called "plank grilling", fish, meat or vegetables are given a distinctive smoke flavouring and also remain wonderfully tender. For a gentle, aromatic grill experience, simply let the boards swell in cold water for 2-3 hours, set up grills and then get off on the grill.
