It doesn't get any more comfortable: The PECORINO drum grater has two easily replaceable drum graters that grate coarsely or finely in no time thanks to the ultra-sharp DIAMOND LASER CUT hard cheese, chocolate or nut kernels. Put the material to be cut into the filling hopper and crank loose, the material to be cut already trickles directly onto the plate or the pot - completely! Or it is rubbed directly into the closable storage container, which can be attached to the drum grater. For example, for the fresh Parmesan sprinkles to be served with pasta. For the next friction insert, the drum grater - disassembled in a space-saving manner - is cleaned in the dishwasher.
