The RAFINO kitchen assistant is a 2-in-1 talent that transforms garlic cloves into the desired result on both the front and back. In this way, the brilliant sharpness of the friction surface can be used to produce a fine puree whose full aroma is preserved. Uniform garlic slices with a cutting thickness of 1 mm are provided by the back. The razor, which is sharpened on both sides, ensures that the toes are not torn, but cut. The ergonomic handle fits well in the hand and a scrap holder prevents injuries. Thanks to the integrated hanging loop, the compact helper can be placed on any kitchen railing, ready to hand.
