Due to its two friction surfaces, the fine and coarse rind delivers delicate flakes or fine crumbs of parmesan, ginger, chocolate, lemon peel, carrots, and other solid foods as required. The internally curved friction surfaces with their extremely sharp LASER CUT blades prevent the friction material from slipping. Very practical: The protective cap can be used as a collection container and, thanks to the small opening at the end, also for targeted dosing. An anti-slip foot and ergonomic handle made of soft grip material ensure safe handling.
