Cleaning

Wipe off light dirt with a damp cloth. For more intensive cleaning by hand, use warm water and detergent or put in the dishwasher. Then leave to dry completely standing.

Care

Visible cuts can be optically reduced by oiling in. We recommend the CONTINENTAWood balm.

Intensive care

If necessary – if the surface appears rough and dull – gently smooth it with a fine-grained sandpaper. Then remove the grinding residues thoroughly. Then oil the clean and completely dry cutting board evenly. We recommend the CONTINENTAWood balm. Allow the cutting board to dry overnight. Wipe off any excess oil with a kitchen towel.
