The bioloco plant products are made from the plant-based material PLA. PLA is obtained from plant sugar, such as corn starch, manioc or sugar cane. The product line is melamine-and BPA-free.

The whole range of products has been produced in a climate-positive way, which means that we have identified greenhouse gas emissions and offset it in a double quantity by participating in climate protection projects. The projects are a solar cooker project in China and a UN hydropower project in Guatemala, both with the aim of promoting sustainable energy sources.
