The round fermentation basket is used for the resting and walking of bread dough and is ideal for all bread dough varieties-such as rye mixing or sourdough. It is made up of 100% natural Pedditube, an odorless natural materiel, and offers optimal fermentation conditions for self-produced bread with typical baking patterns. The balanced rest conditions ensure perfect baking results. Damp and sticky dough pieces can be simply triggered and toppled by previous fine mannequins. The easy cleaning can be carried out by brushing out or knocking out the excess flour. It is also ideal for use as bread baskets. It is not suitable for dishwashers, dishwashers or kiln.
