Wendt & Kühn 'music box - little brother, come dance with me - 21cm' 2025

History:

With the reissue of the music box, a small music box returns to the range after many years, whose figures are actually "in motion." In countless hours of tinkering, it has been possible to accommodate in the can body in the smallest space not only a play, but also a gear that allows the turntable to rotate. Grete Wendt designed the music box before 1934. Even then, it was a high level of craftsmanship to paint the striking diamond pattern on the can body. And even today it requires great skill to paint the 48 yellow rhombs and the 96 green triangles.
