Masterful spring greeting. The spring gentian that the girl carries in her hands presents itself in a bright blue. In spring, the flower raises its head and, despite its low growth, provides powerful splashes of colour in the meadows. Her wooden image was made with great attention to detail. Five large outer petals and five tiny petals inside form the flower. With just a few colours, the flowers unfold an impressive effect: a dark and a light blue provide an attractive interplay, delicate white accents inside the flower and fine lines as leaf veins set the design icing on the cake. The girl's lovingly designed clothing is also enchanting: To protect her from the still cool spring breeze, she wears a light jacket over her dress. Her head is covered by a cap whose "ear flaps" seem to swing in the wind. The jacket is worth a closer look: an elaborate pattern of over 80 delicate blue, red and yellow flowers makes it a real eye-catcher and is an expression of masterful craftsmanship.
