The adjustability of the rectangular Moos frame is one of its greatest advantages. Here, gate rooms are true!  For baking, place the baking edge on a hearth baking sheet, fill with the dough and bake, then leave it out and let cool. Clean the baking edge and place it again around the dough, then fill in the prepared filling of the cake and paint it smoothly. After cooling, remove the edge-and finish is the cake.
