The owl is the symbol of the Greek goddess Athena and is associated with intelligence, wisdom and cunning. The artists of Lladró have chosen the owl for the latest addition to the Boldblack collection. The animals in this series are made of black porcelain with a few golden shimmers in the décor. This creation produces a very powerful effect. On the one hand, because of the décor and on the other hand, because the matt porcelain highlights the sculpture and the etching.
