This creation depicts the figure of a gladiator with astonishing fidelity and attention to detail. It is made of black porcelain and decorated with copper, dark gray and black enamel with metallic effects combined with the aged silver luster of the armor. The shield is decorated with black gloss with a marble effect and the helmet is also decorated with aged silver luster. The sword, which looks almost like real metal, is made of porcelain. The piece also includes a removable metal mask that covers the gladiator's face and is held in place by an ingenious system of magnets. A truly unique work, captivating both for its size and for its sculptural finish.
