Prepare
With this handhobel with dough sled you can make your spätzle quickly and easily. This is how it goes: the dough in the plastic sledge (capacity approx. Add 250 ml) and then gently move the filled unit in the rails above the hobel. Thus, the dough is pressed through the perforated planing bed, and spaetzle and/or Ankles are ready in minutes. The bearing box grips with pots and bowls up to Ø 24 cm. The rounded, pleasantly complete handle made of high-quality plastic ensures a firm grip during the preparation.
