The multifunctional all-rounder. Not only for cakes, but also for casseroles or bread.
The round shape has a diameter of 26 cm and a height of 6 cm. This makes it suitable not only for baking cakes and pies, such as Sachertorte, Tarte Tatin or apple pie, but also for preparing casseroles or meat in the oven. Breads such as a rustic farmhouse bread or delicious flatbread can also be prepared in this form without any problems. Due to the thick silicone walls of this platinum silo mold, the dough does not expand outwards during baking, but cakes and bread retain their round shape. At the same time, the shape remains flexible, so it can be easily stowed away in the kitchen cupboard. The non-stick coating of the round silicone mold allows the product to be easily removed from the mold without prior greasing. For optimal taste quality, all Lurch Silicone molds are food- and taste-neutral and temperature-resistant from -40°C to +240°C. This allows you to use the mold not only in the oven, but also in the microwave and freezer. After use, the mold can be easily cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
