· Before baking, spray the baking pan with STÄDTER Baking Release Spray or lightly grease it and sprinkle it with flour if necessary.
· Do not use sharp materials or metal utensils to remove the cake.

Cleaning:
· Clean the baking pan with hot water, a little dish soap and a cloth.
· Do not use scraping or cleaning sponges or abrasives.
· Do not clean in the dishwasher.
